Post-Baccalaureates

We are currently accepting applications for a full-time research associate position starting Fall 2024.

This opportunity for a Research Associate is ideal for candidates who are planning to attend graduate school and are looking for 1-2 years of hands-on research experience beforehand.

The Research Associate contributes to the design and implementation of research studies with human participants, including behavioral, fMRI, psychophysiological and eye-tracking data collection – as well as data collection and preliminary data analysis. provides research support to the Principal Investigator (PI), Post-Doctoral Fellow (PDF), and graduate students in the Mathematical Brain Lab.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree, have research experience in psychology, neuroscience, or a related area, experience with experimental design of behavioral and/or fMRI data collection with human participants, and experience with fMRI and/or eye tracking.

The number of research assistants varies by semester depending on what projects are going on – if you are interested in more details about current or future lab projects, please email our lab manager at ei148@georgetown.edu.
